We completed a major basement renovation and master bathroom remodel at the Bell Residence. The basement project involved city-approved reconfiguration to remove one of two entrances, allowing us to create a functional space with a laundry room, recreational area, and a 3/4 bathroom. The master bathroom required updates to address water issues and achieve a fresh, functional design on a budget.

• Basement: Patterned high-traffic carpet, custom bar, granite countertops, travertine backsplash, and flooring.

• Bathroom: Porcelain tiles resembling natural stone and Delta plumbing fixtures.

• Basement: Remove the second set of stairs and incorporate a custom bar while overcoming structural challenges.

• Master Bathroom: Resolve water issues and create an attractive, functional space within budget.

The finished basement provides a cozy, functional space with the desired custom bar. The bathroom remodel was completed on budget, resulting in a practical and appealing space.
