Home Remodel
Olathe, KS
PROJECT SCOPE & CLIENT REQUIREMENTS
This was a second home for a repeat client. Originally intended for corporate housing, the homeowner struggled to see its potential as the property required significant work. While working within a specific budget, we gutted and reconfigured the entire main level to modernize the space. The client leaned on us for design, functionality, and aesthetics to achieve the look she wanted while retaining some existing features.
OUTCOME & CLIENT FEEDBACK
The project was completed on schedule. Although challenges arose during the remodel, the final result exceeded the client's expectations. She was so thrilled with the transformation that she decided to keep the space rather than as corporate housing (for now)—a change she hadn't previously imagined. This project further solidified our long-standing relationship with this client.
